CTB Brioche V.2 (NGMO) is custom egg substitute for all types of yeast raised products. In cakes, up to 50% replacement is recommended
Wheat Flour, non-GMO Soybean Oil, Guar Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Natural Egg Flavor (Non-flavor ingredients- Sugar, 2% or less Silicone Dioxide anti caking agent), Annatto extract (for color) & Turmeric (for color), Enzymes.
