A ready to eat confectionery that is shaped like a star or “snowflake” pretzel, salty tasting and crunchy on the inside with a creamy dark chocolate flavor on the outside, with red & white peppermint bits, and brown in color. Flavor and aroma should be sweet, salty, and typical of a dark chocolaty confectionery with hints of peppermint, and no off colors or aromas
INGREDIENTS: sugar, pretzels (unbleached enriched wheat flour [flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], malt, salt, soybean oil), palm kernel oil, cocoa powder (processed with alkali), whole milk powder, soy lecithin (emulsifier), salt, natural flavor, peppermint bits (pure cane sugar, organic rice syrup, vegetable juices for color, pure peppermint oil).
