Decorticated Green Lentils (Decorticated Green Lentils)

Pre-selected, sound green lentils. Wheat is a commonly grown allergen in the region. It is not part of the product, nor is it handled on shared equipment. Possible risks include shared farm trucks or farm harvest equipment. Every possible precaution is taken to detect any sources of comingling on the farm level. Sifting and purifying occurs in a multi stage process at Stone Mill to remove any such risks. Gluten free is not declared unless requested and tested. Results will be displayed on the COA.
