This product is produced in accordance with good manufacturing practices by osmotic dehydration of high quality carrot pieces prior to low-temperature drying to a specified moisture range. The finished dried vegetable is analyzed for quality, visually inspected and passed through a metal detector after packaging.
OD carrot pieces are produced using a unique rapid osmotic dehydration TURBICON technology which ensures the products retain their freshness and high functional value.
