Dri-Mol® 60 Dry Molasses is a 60% molasses solids product made from pure molasses converted to a free-flowing powder through a special drying process. The color is similar to that of Molasses. It is used widely in variety breads and other baking applications as a convenient replacement for liquid molasses.
