DRIED CHOPPED APPLE WITH SO2 (20CUB7 - ref Kerry 20035915)

The product is made from fresh fruit at the proper stage of ripening. Apple Variety from Poland. The fresh fruit is mechanically washed, peeled and cored; all fibrous foreign parts are eliminated. Fruit is cut, added with SO2, dehydrated by a belt drier, chopped into irregular pieces ( nominally 5x5 mm) and coated with rice flour. The product is obtained after sieving phases and metal check detection.
