Cane sugar produced from Mauritian sugar cane plants.
Terra Milling does not use any of the allergens listed in Annex II of regulation (EU) 1169/2011 in the production of specialty sugars. The company has developed a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) plan to assess the presence of allergens for the sugar products that it manufactures. No allergen was identified in our operations.
