Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E-471). Sunflower lecithin (E-322, max 300 ppm), alpha-tocopherol (E-307, max 500 ppm) and ascorbyl palmitate (E-304, max 500 ppm) are added as antioxidantes dissolved in citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides (E-472, max 600 ppm).

The product must be declared as E-471.
