A concentrated but convenient base for moist, rich crème cakes used in ring, loaf, and muffin form. Add flour, sugar, eggs, oil, and water.
Wheat flour, dried whey (milk), leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), emulsifier blend (propylene glycol monoesters, mono- and diglycerides, soy lecithin, citric acid), wheat starch, salt, wheat gluten, Contains 2% or less of the following: natural flavor, guar gum, xanthan gum, sodium stearoyl lactylate, enzymes.
