Egg White Dehydrated RM1461 (1412N507)
Eggs, lactic acid, yeast extract and fermentation culture. Yeast extract from brewers yeast (barley) is used as a nutrient source for the bacterial
fermentation process of removing glucose during the manufacturing of Rose Acre Farms’
dried egg whites. Theoretically, barley gluten could be present in the finished product,
but would be below 20 parts per million. ELISA gluten allergen test confirmed with a
result of <3 parts per million.
