EGG YOLK POWDER 15KG (PPYKSDGN015)
Pasteurised and spray dried egg yolk. The technical process includes the following stages: shell eggs breaking, egg yolk separation, filtration, pasteurisation, spray drying, sieving, packing into bags and metal detection.
Pasteurisation conditions are ≥ 60 ºC for ≥ 3.5 min. according to FSANZ Code 4.2.5 Table to clause 21. Dehydration of pasteurised egg yolk liquid is conducted at inlet temperatures of 172 – 175 ºC
