Thymly’s Encapsulated Leavening Blend #40 is a specially designed chemical leavener made from food grade products according to the Good Manufacturing Practices as laid out in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Our Encapsulated Leavening Blend #40 provides bench tolerance with controlled leavening producing optimal results in chemically leavened products.
