Very high active thermophilic culture comprised of strains specially selected for their phage resistance and ability to
produce lactic acid quickly.
Given the continued evolution of cheesemaking operations and vat size, as well as the need to track ingredients and
optimize dosage for given recipes, while minimizing manual handling of EASY-SET® culture inoculation, the latest innovation
from Chr. Hansen involves the preparation of a suspension of thawed cultures in a defined volume of liquid followed by
automated and accurate dosing into the cheese milk.
The Easy-Dose® format of 5KU-10KU Units is specifically designed to facilitate this inoculation process.
