Fibersse® ES Polydextrose (Fibersse® ES)

Fibersse® ES is an improved polydextrose, occurs as off-white to light tan powder. It is instant-soluble grade with fluffy ultra-fine particle, and its dissolution rate is 10 times faster than Fibersse® ST. Polydextrose itself is a soluble prebiotic dietary fiber and high-quality low-calorie bulking ingredient. It contributes desirable body and texture to reduced-calorie & low-calorie food systems, and can fully or partially substitute solid sweeteners and high-calorie conventional bulking agents across diverse food formulations. Chemically, polydextrose is a random condensation polymer polymerized from D-glucose, with partial bound sorbitol and food-grade organic acid incorporated in its molecular structure.
