Fibersse® LS Polydextrose (Fibersse® LS)

Fibersse® LS is the 70% liquid counterpart of Fibersse® ST. It is yellow to yellowish-brown, mildly sweet with good fluidity and identical physicochemical properties to ST. Polydextrose itself is a soluble prebiotic dietary fiber and high-quality low-calorie bulking ingredient. It contributes desirable body and texture to reduced-calorie & low-calorie food systems, and can fully or partially substitute solid sweeteners and high-calorie conventional bulking agents across diverse food formulations. Chemically, polydextrose is a random condensation polymer polymerized from D-glucose, with partial bound sorbitol and food-grade organic acid incorporated in its molecular structure.
