Processed using organic methods and handling requirements. No additives. Can be purchased raw or pasteurized to a min of 5 log reduction in salmonella.

Flax is sometimes transported by the same farm equipment as other grains to our facility. We perform checks and size the product as well as color sort to remove any field contaminates. Gluten testing can be performed upon request.
