FLOUNDER STUFFED W/CRAB 3.2 OZ (692106)

1-2 oz flounder fillets are wrapped around 2 ounces of Miss Sally’s seafood stuffing. The stuffed Flounder contains both blue crab meat and imitation crab and is blended with onions, celery, red and green bell peppers. A seasoned mixture is used to bind the breadcrumbs together which gives the stuffing a unique sweet/spicy taste. The flounder roll must be oven baked and for best results brush with butter or margarine before baking . This item serves great on a seafood platter, buffet line, or as an entrée.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: From Frozen: Add 1/4c of water to bottom of pan to keep fish from drying out. Oven: Bake in preheated conventional oven at 375ºF for 20-25 minutes or in a convection oven at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes. Brush with butter or margarine while baking.
