Frz Old South Layout Bacon-18/22 (2114)
Raw bacon slices, sliced from cured and smoked bellies. Final color of slices is a bright pink to red. Product has a smoked aroma. Product is sliced and placed on sheets of parchment paper 10 slices to a sheet and about 29 sheets in a nitrogen gas flushed impermeable bag. There is 1 pouch in a case for a total of 270 to 330 slices per case. The case weight is 15 pounds.
INGREDIENTS: Cured with: Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite.
