USDA FSIS Notice 45-05 defines the “Big 8” recognized allergens as: wheat, fish, tree nuts, crustacean, eggs, peanuts, milk, and soybeans. Jones Dairy Farm, USDA Est. 263 and 263A, has a comprehensive allergen control program with respect to controlling the “Big 8” allergens. Any allergens are clearly labeled in the ingredient statement. Process aides are compliant to the allergen control program and current FSIS regulations. Jones Dairy Farm utilizes only Soy and Dairy on-site. In addition, our gluten testing program verifies that our products are gluten free (<5ppm gluten) and are certified by the Gluten Free Certification Organization
