The DGF Apricot Glaze contains 9.5% apricot puree and gives a wonderful brilliance to your fruit tarts. It maintains a good consistency, even after freezing. Glaze retains flavor and shine, even after freezing/defrosting.
Sugar, water, glucose-fructose syrup, apricot puree (9.5%), gelling agents : (pectin E440, sodium alginate E401), acidity regulator : citric acid E330, flavouring : apricot, preservative : potassium sorbate E202, colouring agent : sunset FCF E110 (E110 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children).
