GODO-YNL2 is a beta-galactosidase (lactase)
preparation derived from the fermentation of a
selected strain of Kluyveromyces lactis.
Lactase catalyzes the hydrolysis of a mole lactose (a
disaccharide) resulting in one mole of each of the
monosaccharides glucose and galactose.
• Glycerol 50.0 % (w/w)
• Water 40 - 45 % (w/w)
• Beta galactosidase 5 - 10 % (w/w)
