GRADE A LACTOSE (55750)

Lactose is crystalline lactose manufactured from fresh cheese whey permeate using crystallization and drying process. Lactose has flavor binding properties and low ash levels. Lactose can be used for milk powder standardization, food ingredients, confectionery, and beverages. This process meets legal requirements as set forth in 21 CFR §168.122. Lactose is rBST free, Kosher and Halal certified.
