HATCH Select Hot Diced Green Chiles (4028)

Green Chiles (Capsicum annum) are field de-stemmed, washed, roasted, steam peeled, and diced into 3/8" x 3/8" pieces. Capsicum is added to achieve the specified heat level. The chiles are packed in a can, topped with a brine, acidified, sealed and thermally processed to achieve a commercially sterile product.
