Old English Hi-Melt Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese 1/4" dices have a yellow color an a sharp cheddar flavor. the cheese has a live body and a slightly open texture. This product has restricted melting properties, meaning that the cheese will retain its identity in medium to high heat. This makes it ideal for microwaveable and fryable applications. The cheese pieces are 1/4" dices. The apocarotenal is synthetic.
