This is to certify that bovine rBST Free Grade-A milk is the only raw material we process at Plant # 24-019 and Nonfat Dry Milk Powder (Low Heat, Medium and High Heat), Skim Milk Powder (SMP), Condensed Milk, Cream, Butter, and Buttermilk are the finished products of our plant. Milk itself is an allergen so it is present throughout our facility and contained in all finished goods. Besides, in the break rooms there are vending machines that may carry products containing peanuts or other allergens. Also, food brought in the plant by the employees may contain allergens. NO FOOD is allowed in the production areas of the plant, and as per cGMP program the employees MUST wash their hands prior to entering these areas after eating snacks or food. Moreover, to train all the employees about allergens there is an annual general allergen awareness training program.
