HRS Whole Wheat Flour (201013)

HRS Whole Wheat Flour contains milled cleaned Hard Red Spring wheat. The wheat used shall be from high protein Hard Red Spring Wheat varieties and shall be sound, scoured and free from other seeds, weeds or other foreign material. This wheat shall be cleaned on normal mill wheat cleaning machinery as well as a final cleaning on an electronic color sorting machine. HRS Whole Wheat Flour will meet all requirements for food grade including compliance with provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and general regulations for its enforcement.
