Hydrolyzed Fish Collagen (HFC)
Fish collagen is made from wild-caught cold water fish skins such as cod, haddock and pollock. It's a white to off-white powder with a neutral taste and no odour.
The product is highly refined, where the allergen protein is below the detection limit, and it meets USP, BP, JP and other compendia monograph specifications. It is also kosher and halal, reaching a wider range of market acceptance.
