1731 NadaNut™ Pecan - Unsalted medium pieces are made using nutritious wheat germ with a Pecan flavor added. This nutty and nutritious alternative is a natural and effective way to extend or replace nuts in many formulations at much lower costs and without the risks and downfalls of nut allergens.
NadaNut™ products are analogs which duplicate the essential sensory characteristics of nuts in a wide variety of products such as ice cream, cookies, candies, nutritional or breakfast bars, cereal products, nut pies and snack mixes. Nadanut™ products contain absolutely no nut derivatives, offer consistent availability, are less expensive than nuts, have easier digestibility and have a minimum shelf life of 12 months when stored properly. No preservatives are used and NadaNut™ products can be used alone as nut replacers, or in combination with more expensive natural nuts to extend them and enhance the texture while keeping the costs to a minimum.
