Infused Garlic Oil
IBoyajian runs 4 allergens on shared production line, peanut oil, sesame oil, sesame oil and grated dry parmigiana cheese. After production run of an allergen, the production line and equipment is broken down, deep cleaned and sanitized. The QA Manager then conducts 6 swab tests for allergen protein. Testing takes 30 min for results. If no allergen protein is found the production team can set up production line for no allergen run. If allergen testing shows any allergen protein the production line must be deep cleaned and re sanitized and retested for allergens until there a no allergen protein. The QA manager files allergen testing repot and files in QA office.nfused Garlic Oil
