Integra 150 is a blend of oils and lecithin to aid in the release of baked goods from pans and other baking surfaces.
Integra 150 is designed to allow for a cleaner release as well as aid in the ease of maintaining pans and baking
surfaces.
Vegetable oil (may contain: soybean oil, high oleic soybean oil, and/or canola oil), mineral oil, coconut oil, and soy lecithin.
