IQF Organic Broccoli -A (IQF Organic Broccoli -A)

This product is elaborated from organic fresh, mature and healthy Brasica oleracea batavia Var. Avenger florets. Fresh vegetable is cultivated following Good Agricultural Practices and Global G.A.P and processed under Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and BRC v.9 certification. The vegetable is cut into florets, washed, blanched, sorted and individually quick frozen. Immediately it is packaged in polyethylene bag and corrugated cardboard boxes, and then it is stored under 18ºC.
