AB Mauri OT SINGLE ACTING BAKING POWDER SAPP is a specially formulated
chemical leavener designed to:
➢ Provide a delayed gassing activity for products that require long processing times
➢ Be a non-aluminum based baking powder as stated on ingredient statements
➢ Provide strong gassing power during baking for products that require minimal gas activity prior
to entering oven
➢ Improve the eating quality by imparting a light textured product
sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch. Contains bioengineered food ingredients.
