Attention to whom it may concern, This letter will serve as our verification of the following: Plastic Industry, locations do not purchase or use any raw materials derived from ingredients identified in the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 as major food allergens (Milk, Egg, Fish, Crustacean Shellfish, Tree Nuts, Wheat, Peanuts and Soybeans) in making our HDPE and PET bottles of various sizes. All polymers used to produce the subject containers are manufactured from prime grade High Density Polyethylene Polymers and are FDA approved for beverage and food applications. Furthermore, PI does not allow incidental cross-contact with stated allergens during the manufacturing process through our GMP Program and Housekeeping and Personnel Practices.
