Aji Panca Chili peppers, which are harvested in the ripe stage of development, washed, dried and ground. A maximum of 2.0% silicon dioxide may be added as an anti-caking agent. The ground Aji Panca Chili is available with a maximum of 100ppm Ethoxyquin as an anti-oxidant.
