Raspberry Concentrate (Drum(52Gal) 10113; Pail(4Gal) 10760; Pail(5Gal) 10209)
All Raspberry Juice/Concentrates are made from 100% Raspberries. Processing and Filtering aids are required to clarify all raspberry juices and concentrates. These include up to 0.045% of an NOP pectinase, up to 0.045% of an NOP amylase and up o 2.5% filter aid. Enzymes are added to the mash to remove the natural fruit pectin and starches in the fruit. Since enzymes are NOP, they do not contain any GMOs. All enzymes are deactivated by the what of pasteurization and the heat of evaporation used to produce a high brix concentrate. After being decanted, only the juice is sent froward to be filtered, where the filter aid is filtered out.
