Thymly’s Encapsulated Baking Powder is a specially designed chemical leavener made from food grade products according to the Good Manufacturing Practices as laid out in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Our Encapsulated Baking Powder provides bench tolerance with controlled leavening producing optimal results in chemically leavened products.
