RYOTO™ Sugar Ester S-1570 (20657880)

RYOTO SUGAR ESTER S-1570 is a sucrose ester of fatty acids used in the food industry. RYOTO SUGAR ESTER S-1570 contains not less than 80.0% sucrose esters of fatty acids and not more than 4.0% free sucrose. It has an acid value of not more than 5.0 and sulfated ash of not more than 1.5%. RYOTO SUGAR ESTER S-1570 complies with various limits for heavy metals, lead, dimethyl formamide, dimethylsulfoxide, methyl ethyl ketone, ethyl acetate, isopropanol and propylene glycol. RYOTO SUGAR ESTER S-1570 has a shelf life of 2 years and should be stored in a cool, dark, well-ventilated space below 35°C. RYOTO SUGAR ESTER S-1570 is suitable for use in the food industry due to its ability to provide texture and mouthfeel without altering the taste of food products.
