Natural Dry Roasted Almonds are hulled and shelled almonds that have been passed through a drying oven to reduce the moisture level to below 3% with a resulting change in flavor and texture. Good manufacturing practices are observed throughout the entire production process. Roasted almonds can be packed into boxes (25lb, 50lb) or large sacks. Vacuum pack, nitrogen flush options are available to extend the shelf life to one year (12 months).
