EGG WHOLE POWDER SUGARED 15KG (PPWESGGN015)

A uniform, free–flowing powder made from clean domestic chicken eggs. The eggs are cracked, filtered, blended with sugar and tricalcium phosphate, homogenized, pasteurised, spray dried, sieved, packed into poly-lined paper bags and metal detected. Pasteurisation conditions are ≥ 64 C for ≥ 2.5 min. according to FSANZ Code 4.2.5 Table to clause 21. Dehydration of pasteurised sugared whole egg liquid is conducted at inlet temp. of 175 – 200 C.
