Organic Frozen Salt Whole (3300084)

Pasteurized frozen salted whole egg is prepared from fresh, clean domestic chicken eggs, under continuous USDA inspection and is certified kosher P for year round Passover. The eggs are washed, sanitized and inspected before being opened by machine and visually inspected again before being filtered and blended with 10% salt. Salted whole egg is then pasteurized to assure product safety. Our strict quality procedures assure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and with the published specification.
