Toasted Soy Grits 8-14 (063695)

Toasted soy grits are toasted to optimize flavor, nutrition, and water absorption while minimizing enzyme activity. These products are especially useful for enhancing the protein and textural quality of cookies, crackers, and specialty breads. The y also find extensive use in ground meat systems, as fermentation media nutrients, and as a carrier for flavors and vitamins. This product is a minimally processed raw ingredient for which no kill step is applied. ADM does not consider this ingredient as Ready to Eat and it should not be used by our customers in Ready to Eat finished applications. Further processing is required to ensure reduced microbial levels.
