Valley Processing, Inc's. Marion Blackberry Puree is made form 100% Marion Blackberry that are crushed, seeded or sieved and pasteurized as a single strength puree. The puree may treated with a GRAS enzymes (Pectinase) up to 0.05% after being preheated and prior to pasteurization. The processing aid is not considered present in the final puree because any enzymes are deactivated by the heat of pasteurization. All Processing Aids are NOP-approved so they are NON-GMO, not exposed to any irradiation and not exposed to sewage sludge. No sugars or flavors have been added.
