Allergens C-P Flexible Packaging produces the above structure(s) with materials that do not contain FDA known food allergen substances (namely peanuts, soybeans, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean (shell fish), tree nuts and wheat (including gluten) as identified in the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act), nor does C-P Flexible Packaging intentionally add any of these substances to our products or processes. C-P Flexible Packaging does not test for these specific components, but we do exercise good product stewardship by seeking this information from our raw material suppliers. Information from our raw material suppliers indicates that the films used are not formulated with and do not contain any of the above food allergens, nor are they added during the film manufacturing process. Therefore, based upon this information and the knowledge of C-P Flexible Packaging’s processes, C-P believes that these products do not contain any of the regulated substances.
