FROZEN MANGO PULP CHATO (10215)

Frozen mango Chato pulp is a 100 % natural product, made from mango fruit, Mangifera indica, in optimal storage conditions and maturity. The process includes operations such as selection, pre-washed, first brushing, washing , second brushing, bleaching and extraction (fruit pulp), the extracted pulp is subjected to a refinement (mesh of 0.5 to 1 mm) pasteurization, pre-cooled. The product is homogenized in the batching tank, cools again, it is a filled, weighed and sealed in bags inside metal cylinders, and finally the mango pulp is stored before release.
