Fibersse® WP is an improved and decolorized polydextrose, occurs as white to off-white fine powder with instant solubility. Polydextrose itself is a soluble prebiotic dietary fiber and high-quality low-calorie bulking ingredient. It contributes desirable body and texture to reduced-calorie & low-calorie food systems, and can fully or partially substitute solid sweeteners and high-calorie conventional bulking agents across diverse food formulations. Chemically, polydextrose is a random condensation polymer polymerized from D-glucose, with partial bound sorbitol and food-grade organic acid incorporated in its molecular structure.
