ADM Native Food Grade Corn Starch LM is a highly refined product and is the basic powdered starch manufactured by ADM for use in food applications, such as puddings, salad dressings, prepared mixes and gravies. As an unmodified (thick-boiling) starch, it is typically high in viscosity, with good body at both low and high solids. Setback (viscosity increase upon aging of the starch paste) is characteristically high.
