Valley Processing, Inc. Blackberry Puree is made form 100% blackberries that are crushed, seeded, or sieved and pasteurized as a single strength puree. The puree may be treated with a GRAS enzyme (Pectinase) up to 0.05% after being preheated and prior to pasteurization. The processing aid is not considered present in the final puree because any enzyme s deactivated by the heat of pasteurization. All processing aids are NOP-approved so they are non-GMO, not exposed to any irradiation and not exposed to sewage sludge. No sugars or flavors have been added.
