All production lines, processing and packaging equipment operated by Ventura Coastal LLC are dedicated to the handling of citrus products, other fruit juices and fruit flavoring. Specifically, none of the major serious food allergens (or derivatives thereof), listed below are received, stored or processed at Ventura Coastal LLC production facilities. Additionally, none of the food grade additives or processing aids which may be used in the production of these products is known to contain any of these allergens or sulfites. - Apples - Celery (root, seed, stalk, leaves) - Crustacean and products thereof (shellfish) - Eggs and products thereof - Fish and products thereof - Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oat) - Kiwi fruit - Milk and products thereof - Mustard and products thereof - Tree nuts and nut products (almond, brazil, cashew, chestnut, macadamia, pecan, pine nut, pistachio, walnut, hazelnut, etc) - Peaches - Peanuts and products thereof - Sesame seeds and products thereof - Soybeans and products thereof - Seeds and products thereof (cotton, poppy, sesame, sunflower, etc. - Yams - Matsu-Take Mushrooms Please note that Sodium Metabisulfite is stored in a locked caged area and it used for a preserved Lemon Juice Concentrate product. The product is not mixed in any tanks within the confines of the production area but is added at the tanker load out station.
