Miracle Pie Dough (1001028817)
Miracle Pie Dough 2.0 is a Non-PHO dough conditioner which
produces an immediate relaxation (or mellowing) of pie, fried
pie, pizza or other chemically leavened doughs. It requires little
or no floor time because it is activated by the mixing of the
dough.
Dextrose, Wheat Starch, Salt, Calcium Propionate
(Preservative), Sodium Bicarbonate and 2% or Less of Each of
the Following: Palm Shortening, Sodium Metabisulfite
