In shell peanuts (XXXXXXXXXXXX)

Allergens. Peanuts and the salt used in the salted/roasted line are the only raw commodities entering the facility. Tabasco flavoring is used on one product, but it is allergen-free. Additionally, there are no other finished products warehoused on the premises. Thus, there is no reasonable concern of allergens becoming a physical contaminant or becoming incorporated into other products roasted in the plant. The same applies to the Mill as they only receive Farmer’s Stock Peanuts. Other allergens may be brought into the lunch room from employee lunches or vending. All employees are not allowed to wear coats in the break room and to wash their hands prior to returning to work. Contractors are not allowed to bring allergens into the facility and no lubricants or cleaning materials are allowed to contain allergens.
